why d360 exists
D360 was founded in 2004, out of frustration with the disconnect between modern IT systems and the outdated physical environments they were being installed into — infrastructure and interior, forever handed between separate contractors, each blaming the other at the seams.
Its DNA runs back further, to structured cabling and data-centre work in 1988. That order matters: D360 understands the systems first, then designs the space around them. It is the differentiator most fit-out firms simply don't have.
The result is a single argument the whole business is built on — the interior and the infrastructure should be designed together, not handed off.

Plug & play. When a client walks into their new office, all they should need to do is plug in and start work. D360 handles everything else — the design, the build, the cabling, the power, the voice, the security — and hands over a room that is already operating.
Every project runs under one line of accountability. No hand-offs between a designer, a contractor and an IT installer; no seams for cost, delay and blame to hide in. One team owns the interior and the infrastructure together.
For BPO and contact-centre clients this becomes modular: 100–150-seat clusters, ready to operate the day the ramp needs them.
